Supra Pacific Financial Services Limited will convene a board meeting on August 12, 2026, to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and to consider the issuance of unsecured subordinated debts for an amount not exceeding Rs 500 crore and non-convertible debentures for an amount not exceeding Rs 500 crore, both subject to shareholder approval. The board will also consider increasing the company’s borrowing limit from Rs 1000 crore to an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 1500 crores, subject to shareholder approval, and appoint Mr. Rathish Kumar. R as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27.
